We know that as a parent, nothing is more important than making sure your child is safe, happy, and given every opportunity to fulfil their potential. We understand that your child’s safety is paramount, which is why we go to great lengths to ensure that all our staff have full background checks and referencing.
As a national provider of specialist home care for children with complex health and social care needs, we are experts in supporting children with complex needs within their own homes. We have a proven track record, of providing safe, competent, and compassionate care to children of all ages and have worked hard to gain the trust of our families and commissioners.
At Bespoke, every child matters, which is why we ensure that each child and their family receives specialist support, provided by a highly trained and skilled team, overseen by a Registered Paediatric Nurse. We work in partnership with the child and their family throughout the recruitment process, to ensure successful personality matching and peace of mind for the family.
We understand that every child has different personal, social, developmental and educational needs, so we work closely with the individual, their family, and multi-disciplinary team to create a person-centred care plan that is designed to help them reach their full potential, with the joint goal of maintaining and improving the child’s health and overall wellbeing and keeping them at home with their loved ones.
“Our care package provides us with two evenings of overnight care for our daughter. Her carer is very nurturing with her and we have peace of mind for these evenings that our daughter is safe and well cared for.
“We receive regular contact from the nurse who is always friendly, helpful and professional. During this COVID pandemic, patient health has been put foremost and that has given us added peace of mind as our daughter was required to shield.
“The nurse has continued to keep us updated on the safety measures in place which is appreciated as this is an ever changing time.”
